No — I have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and am trained to be trauma-informed, but I’m not a licensed therapist. My work is rooted in coaching, not clinical treatment.

I wanted to try something new and get out of my comfort zone. The material presented was extensive and thorough. I loved how the circadian rhythm was incorporated. I have never really looked into this before and how the holistic approach was the focus. Other programs often focus on weight loss (I am finally noticing some for myself which is a big win for me) with food and exercise being the "treatment". It is true that changing your approach to life including nature and living simply things can really get better overall. Caroline is well organized, gentle, and passionate about health and wellness which made the program easy to follow and enjoy.

You can tell that Caroline really wants to help you, and in a way that really teaches you skills vs. easy answers. I feel like I'm more confident in my knowledge so I can make better decisions for my health. My biggest win is more regular cycles. But I feel like this program has also taught me that every little step counts. It doesn't have to be super dramatic changes. It can just be adding a 5 minute walk to my day. Her Consuming with Clarity Guide really opened my eyes to just how much goes into processed food, but also provided great alternatives.
